Connective is an application designed to organize and manage meetings, events, and activities centered on specific topics. The primary goal is for users to connect with others by creating or joining gatherings in public places to share interests, knowledge, and common experiences.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, "Connective" includes the platform, its owners, founders, partners, directors, employees, contractors, moderators, collaborators, legal representatives, affiliates, and any individual or legal entity linked to its operation (hereinafter, the "Connective Team").

1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

By downloading, installing, and using Connective, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the application. Eligibility: The user declares to be at least 18 years of age. Use of the application by minors is strictly prohibited due to the nature of in-person meetings.

2. Limitation of Liability

Connective acts solely as a meeting manager, providing a platform for users to organize and coordinate events.

In-Person Safety Notice: Connective does not perform criminal background checks or identity validations on its users. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and decisions. By attending a "gathering," the user voluntarily assumes all associated risks, exonerating the Connective Team from any physical, material, or moral damage.

2.1 Risks Associated with In-Person Meetings

Connective does not organize or supervise physical meetings. The Connective Team shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, losses, crimes, conflicts, psychological harm, or any incident occurring before, during, or after meetings coordinated through the App.

2.2 User Conduct

Connective does not control or guarantee the conduct of users. Any interaction, agreement, dispute, or damage derived from relationships between users is the exclusive responsibility of said users.

2.3 Technical Failures and Availability

Connective does not guarantee that the application will function uninterrupted, securely, or free of errors. The Connective Team shall not be responsible for system crashes, software errors, data loss, unauthorized access, security breaches, viruses, or service unavailability.

2.4 Cybersecurity

Although Connective adopts reasonable security measures, it cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of its systems. The user accepts to use the App at their own technological risk.

2.5 Force Majeure

The Connective Team shall not be liable for breaches or interruptions derived from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor conflicts, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, power outages, or government decisions.

We respect your privacy. All personal data you provide through Connective will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.

Users are responsible for the content they create, publish, or share through Connective. This includes messages, images, and any other type of information. Connective is not responsible for user-generated content but reserves the right to moderate, edit, or delete any content it deems inappropriate or in violation of these terms.

The user guarantees they possess the necessary rights over the shared content and that such content does not infringe upon laws or third-party rights.

Generally, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period. Refunds will only be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as billing errors.

9. Modifications to Terms

Connective reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified to users through the application. Continued use of the application after notification of changes shall constitute acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the country in which Connective is registered. Any dispute related to these terms shall be resolved in the corresponding courts of said jurisdiction.

CSAE stands for "Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation," which includes content or behaviors that abuse or sexually exploit minors or put them at risk.

It is illegal, and our Terms of Service prohibit the use of Connective products and services to store or share this content. Child sexual abuse material consists of any visual representation (including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated images) involving a minor in explicit sexual acts.

Any account that does not respect this term will be deleted without prior notice.
